If someone wants to reach their full potential, and experience all that their life could be, they have to relentlessly push themselves to their personal limits over an extended period of time.
During this important phase of development, the coach takes on the role of a navigator who is responsible for staying true to the course. The role of the sparring partner who provides support and emotionally accompanies the developmental successes and setbacks through well-founded dialogue. In summary, the coach acts as a temporary quasi-companion who, with a 360-degree view, brings out the maximum potential of a coachee for the benefit of their company, their colleagues and themselves.
This coaching takes place in several phases over a period of roughly two years. It starts with four days of individual coaching on the Côte d'Azur and continues into a 24-month training phase. In addition to monthly coaching hours, this phase includes individual self-study and participation in a peer group. Furthermore, the coachee is able to participate in exclusive online seminars and a further eight hours of cross-coaching. Twelve to eighteen months after the start of the program, the participant will be invited to an exclusive leadership training program.
