The name Jörg Tenwinkel was already familiar to me from my former employer. There he coached the management team and the feedback was consistently very positive. After becoming self-employed and my own company picked up speed, I remembered Jörg Tenwinkel and called him - even if I didn't know exactly why. Everything went well. But I wanted to do something for myself. Jörg Tenwinkel invited me to Monaco. What did we do there? No idea. But: These five days were incredibly intense - I wasn't prepared for that. My wife says I came back as a better version of myself. Much calmer and much more confident. Jörg Tenwinkel helped me to further realise my potential. I only really understood what the coaching done for me a few weeks later. Even today, when I have to make a decision, the first question I ask myself is: Why are you doing this? How else can I achieve the same result? What do you actually want? That became a part of me. Do you have to do something like that? If you have the aspiration surpass the person you are today, then it’s a resounding: yes! It might sound like an exaggeration, but that's how it feels to me. I owe much of what I am today and what I have achieved to coaching. Thanks!
