As a HR manager, my favourite thing about Jörg Tenwinkel's coaching is that it is always tailored to those he is coaching. Regardless of whether it is management training, business seminars, conflict management, business coaching or the “high potential program”: Jörg Tenwinkel models each training, seminar or coaching specifically for our company and according to our requirements. That is why our cooperation is so goal-oriented.

A few years ago we were faced with the task of merging two production sites – and with it the two sales teams. For us, this was the foundation for the future success of the company and yet we didn't know how to tackle it. Jörg Tenwinkel's answer to this: You can't be taught how to work together, you have to experience it.

With plenty of tailwind and ample pressure to succeed from management, we found ourselves on the IJsselmeer with 23 salespeople. We Set sail, cooked together, cleaned ship, practiced man-over-board manoeuvres and sang old sea shanties in the evening. It wasn't team building, it was much more. It was a psychological process of "understanding each other" that we went through, animated and guided by our professional coach. After three months, the new sales team had their first major success.

For me, as the person responsible for human resources, Jörg Tenwinkel is a very competent sparring partner, very efficient in implementation and close to people at the same time. There are certainly many other good and professional coaches, but hardly any with same level of passion for what they do.
